The calibration ready mobile AdBlue® filling system VAS 542 001 drastically reduces the AdBlue® filling time. It can be used immediately as it is already calibrated upon delivery. We also offer an on-site service for the device.
Product benefits
- Customer transparency: the device indicates the precisely dispensed calibrated amount; this value can be used to invoice the customer.
- Optimum and process-safe filling of all Group vehicles: the variable tanking speed (up to 6.5 litres / minute) and the 100-litre tank ensure that filling takes place quickly and reliably and the mechanic is able to work on another job at the same time.
- Automatic deactivation: once the maximum fill level has been reached or the filler nozzle is removed, the quad sensor-controlled automatic filler nozzle is switched off to prevent overflowing.
- Clean customer vehicle: using the innovative filler nozzle, filling the tank is almost drip-free and odour-neutral.
- Use-dependent, mobile and flexible operation: the VAS 6960A can be used anywhere within the workshop; thus, the vehicle to be filled does not have to block a work station.
- On-site maintenance possible: the commercially available lead acid gel rechargeable battery is extremely durable and at the end of its life cycle a workshop employee can replace it quickly and simply.
