The pneumatically operated brake filling and bleeding equipment VAS 5234 is predominantly used for correctly exchanging old brake fluid in ABS and conventional brake systems. The mobile and steerable equipment has a clearly arranged design, is constructed specifically for the workshop and permits user-friendly operation without any problems.

Product benefits

• Efficient and comfortable work method: the brake fluid is extracted directly from the original container so that refilling is not necessary; moreover, the container does not require frequent changing as the 60-litre container of the genuine brake fluid from Volkswagen AG (B 000 750 M9) can be attached.
• Cleaner and more efficient brake fluid change: the integrated preliminary extraction reliably extracts the used brake fluid in the system; quick-release couplings are present for all connections to be operated during operation; these are carried out dripfree between the device and the vehicle.
• Intelligent premium technology: if the container is empty, the device switches off automatically to prevent the formation of air bubbles; the shut-off unit also monitors errors (possible leaks) in the suction line of the device, e.g. natural O-ring wear in the quick-release coupling to the suction pipe.
• Other uses: also suitable for bleeding hydraulically actuated clutch systems.
